Websites and email systems built with the client in the room, not behind closed doors. Every handover includes the accounts in their name and the recordings of the sessions, so they can keep it running without depending on anyone.

No letters after his name, and he never needed them: a contemplative farmer and, at heart, a true engineer. Rest in peace. I will miss you every day, with my heart and with my mind.
